Dr François Lechanoine is a French neurosurgeon with extensive international experience in brain and spine surgery.

After completing his university and specialist training in France, he developed his professional career at leading neurosurgical centers in Europe and abroad, specializing in the latest minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques.
He currently practices as a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon at Nova Clinic (Republic of San Marino) and Humanitas San Pio X in Milan, where he treats the main conditions affecting the spine and central nervous system.
Alongside his clinical practice, he is the founder and Scientific Director of the NeuroNEC project, created with the aim of providing a multidisciplinary pathway that integrates advanced surgery, modern anesthesia, early rehabilitation and functional preparation of the patient.
